This office was organized, efficient, and everyone worked as a team. One of the most positive experiences I've had at a doctors office for a very long time.

Everyone is very friendly, courteous and helpful. I enjoy seeing this provider every time I go.

Need better direction on what office building to go to

My appt was for 1245 however,the dr was still on lunch til 1. I'd like that they don't schedule appts during my dr's lunch time so I'm not waiting. I wasn't seen until about 1:05.

The wait time is sometimes to long

Yeah. The fish the position that came in Dr. Patel did not ask me my name? Did not ask me my birth dates came. Right in and told me a diagnosis which I did not have was not being referred there for that diagnosis never approached. The exact notice that I was being sent there for until after I told him. So I'm not a happy camper. I was not pleased with him at all. In bed side manner is on the scale from 1 to 10:05 won't be coming back there. Thank you. Bye.

Dr. Patel is excellent and all the others have always been great with smiles and conversation.

After the doctor saw me, I thought I was to wait for someone to bring me a script. In fact, I guess I was supposed to go directly to the check out area. I was not told exactly what to do.

Everything was really good, the doctor was great, the people there were great. I would definitely recommend a place the only problem I had was when I arrived at that address. I didn't really know where to go and since I have mobility issues, we had to park toys, some work twice, just identifying, the building would be better. Thanks.

Dr Patel is an excellent doctor he really goes over everything with you couldn't ask for a better doctor he's outstanding the staff was very good too the only Beaumont problems I ever have is sometimes the lab is quite a weight it seems like they don't have enough help

I didn't know until I checked today, but it's very important that I would be able to do that with him. That's all. I'm hanging up now.

I just was grateful that I came in. And the doctor was prepared and had a plan and explained everything to me and we're going forward on something. I just... I've had a problem and I needed to get it fixed. And I was really grateful that he had a plan in place. And we just... we're going to go for it and we're going to do it. It was wonderful.

Patient in common area not wearing mask, and Dr didn't have his covering his mouth. Concerning for an oncologist to not follow Beaumont's policies for the safety of his patients. I liked the decisiveness of the doctor and timeline presented for plan of care. Seems like appointments were double booked as I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time and then another 15 in the room.
