nurse is always kind and welcoming. I appreciate her professionalism and good humor. May she never leave this organization. Dr. Slavsky is honest, direct, and is as good a listener as she is a great doctor. Every health system could use more terrific Batman and Robin pairings like this.

This was a last minute appointment, I had be seen by one of the other Dr.'s in the office. I was very appreciative that someone was available to see me.

The entire staff, including Dr. Slavsky, was very, very nice and accommodating. I'm new to town, so I really did appreciate it. Thank you very much.

In all fairness, this was the very first time I met Dr. Slavsky, so I have not had an opportunity to really build up a rapport with her. She seemed very nice, very efficient, very accommodating.

This was my first visit as a new patient, my PCP having retired. The receptionist was polite and timely and the tech or nurse who triaged me was very calming and friendly. My mother recommended Dr Slavsky to me, thinking her sense of humor and personality would jive with mine. She was right. I was very comfortable and was able to understand, finally, the difference between fibromyalgia and undifferentiated connective tissue disorder thank to her explanation.

I love this office. Everyone is very nice and give you one on one attention

I absolutely love Dr Slavsky, she has an amazing disposition and is open to helping rather than dictating what must be done. She has helped me overcome my diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and worked with me while I have improved my habits and mindset. I believe that she takes her job seriously and as much as she can cares about the health of her patients. She is a gem in your organization.

When my physician gave me papers to go an have the necessary work done that I had needed when I got there they told me that I would have to make appointments for all of that to be done I was quite disappointed.

I came into the office a day early by my mistake and had fasted for blood work, the receptionist made room for me within an hour. I seen my regular doctor and all was taken care of, they are a very good and understanding staff. Thank You

After my family Dr. retired was hard to find someone that i was comfortable with Dr Slavsky listen to my concerns and made me feel at ease. The front desk and billing are the nicest office ive ever been to. Have already sent two new patients there

This was my first time seeing Dr Slavsky. She was the best Dr I have seen at this office so far. There has been a lot of staff change at this office. I now have her as my PCP.

My only real issues was the time I waited to be seen. Had to come in just so I could get a refill on my script. Appt time was 12. arrived 15 minutes early as requested and sat in the waiting room for just shy of 50 mins.

I am very thankful to have Dr. Slavsky as my Dr. she takes time to listen, and she always provides multiple different treatment options for me. If I tell her I'm uncomfortable with one, she quickly has a back up resolution. I appreciate her genuine concern and her realness which makes her comfortable to open up to.

My appointment was at 2:15 pm they said arrive at 2:00pm and I did, was called back to a room at 2:15 and sat until 3:05pm when the doctor arrived and I left at 3:30pm that's a hour and a half of my time to be ask a few questions, I just feel that time frame is ridiculous, patience time is just as important as the doctors, that's not the first time, I've walked out in the past for the same reason. I switched my PCP to a woman that I feel very comfortable and confident. From HFH to Beaumont!!

Office visit to establish Dr. Slavsky as my new PCP was a positive experience. Only negative is they provide no other services like bloodwork, xrays, etc. All these type services are referrals and done externally off site requiring additional appointments and scheduling.

In my situation I appreciated the concerns they had for me. And they were willing to appropriate more help, how can you go wrong on a staff like that. I will forever be with my Dr. Shannon Slavsky because of the service and counseling that she provided for me. Thanks ?

Yes ,I saw a new provider Dr Slavsky I think that is how her name is spelled and pronounce. I really like here and I liked how professional she was and all the questions she asked me. I will refer her to all my friends and family.

Doctor was thorough with explaining my symptoms and concerns

The Dr was very nice. But since I've been to the Dr I have been sick, then gave the bug to my husband. This is day 3 and I still sick. But getting better.

I'm still deciding if I want this Dr to be my new pcp. There was just something with the doctor that makes me not want to return to see her as my regular doctor. I can say everyone in the office was wonderful.

I've been extremely unhappy with her care over the past year. And so therefore, I saw Dr. Slavsky, and I was like, night and day. I felt heard, listened, I mean listen to, she was more informed with my history ,and care, than the doctor I've been it was that go somewhere that's for almost [...] years. Therefore, I switched, I switch to see Dr.. I'm going forward ,and very ,very happy with her bed side manner. She listens, very thorough with her time with me ,and I feel good about getting a handle on my health. So.

I think this over all the clinic needs to be updated. It has very old an archaic equipment there. I think it would be helpful if things were modernized and then secondly you know just understanding and being kind to respect. Our views on different things in the health field. That's all. Thanks.

first time i saw this doctor. she was very pleasant and listened to my concerns.

This was my first visit. Dr Slavsky was very outgoing and thorough. I was referred to her by my daughter and granddaughter and was quite satisfied with this visit.

Everyone was great, from the person who scheduled the appointment, to the receptionist, to the medical assistant, to the doctor, to the person that checked me out. This was one of my best visits.

I could hear everyone fussing about how busy their day has been, I also over heard a big sigh when a woman told my doctor what I was in for and what I needed, when she walked into the room, no smile. Just a look of frustration and it made me very uncomfortable. After telling the doctor my symptoms she tells me that "it's normal" when my symptoms are not normal at all. Then as I was leaving the office I was asked by the doctor if I had a Pap smear in the last three years IN THE HALLWAY. I said yes but couldn't remember when. She says "you sure about that". In the hall way where other people could hear. I felt very embarrassed and left the building in tears.

My provider is amazing. She takes the time to really know me as a person and not rush me.

This was the first time I had seen Dr. Slavsky, she was polite and took the time to listen to my concerns, and reviewed results of recent tests with me. She also ordered further X-rays which I got done immediately after leaving the office, and when they came online for her to see, she took the time to write a message regarding her observations, and suggested that I could see an orthopedic specialist if I wished to pursue the matter further. She is clearly skilled in her field and concerned about patients emotional well being as well as their health. She is very professional in her interactions with patients. During her examination, it was necessary for me to remove most of my clothing as well as my diaper so she could follow up on previously reported issues with diaper rash and a small, but annoying hemorrhoid. Because she was aware from reading my medical history and preferences in MyChart/Epic that I have had previous issues with PTSD while being examined with clothing removed, she offered to bring in a nurse or other chaperone before I got undressed. I typically do request a chaperone when being examined or having procedures such as ultrasounds done which require my clothing to be removed. However, I explained to her that my PTSD issues were caused by a male provider and said that she had thus far made me feel comfortable enough that I did not feel that was necessary, unless she had a reason to bring in a chaperone. We agreed that I would be fine without one and I undressed while we talked and I got onto the examining table. She continued to be very professional during that part of the examination which only took a few minutes but I felt very comfortable the whole time. I left feeling that all of the concerns I had come in to investigate were properly addressed and follow up instructions were provided. I would recommend Dr. Shannon Slavsky to someone who was looking for a new doctor, and wish her every success in her career.

I loved how the provider really seemed to care about my health, and wanted to be thorough with everything when it came to it.

The doctor wasn't completely honest with me telling me the side effects of the prescription she gave me and she tried to make up her own rules on her story, and I don't recommend her to anybody. I will not be seeing her no more.
