The staff is incredibly nice, so welcoming, and very hard-working. Our butler, Guzman, was so kind and friendly!! He always made sure we were taken care of. The food was pretty good and there were a lot of different options to choose from. Anderson, and the rest of the entertainers, did a great job with putting on all the shows and different events. Joel was so accommodating to us during our time at the pool and the swim-up bar. Overall it was a great trip and I definitely recommend staying here. I would love to come back!!

I cannot suggest Majestic Elegance enough! From the moment I got there, the resort looks like it is out of a magazine! Gorgeous trees, beautiful pools and well manicured grass/walkways. Our butler, Modesto, was the absolute BEST. He was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and then some. I told him when I come back I am requesting him as he was exceptional. Mary at the lobby bar and Ismael at the pool bar were also AMAZING and kept the drinks flowing all week. The rooms were cleaned each day with fresh sheets and towels, the food was great, and the service at the restaurants was top notch. Will definitely be coming back!

We stayed in the Elegance Club adults only section. It was a great experience. We enjoyed having adult only pools and beach side, loved the cabanas. The pool and beach bartenders were great, they were friendly and always made sure we had a drink in our hand!We had Orlando as our butler and he did a great job! He made dinner reservations for us and made sure we always had everything we needed. He checked in daily to ensure we were doing good. He was willing to help with any accommodations we needed. The last day, he surprised us with a romantic bath with rose petals in our room, and a bottle of champagne. Room included a bottle of liquor and champagne.All the restaurants were good and had super friendly staff. Bartenders were friendly as well and drinks were nice and strong!Overall, we had an amazing trip!

Me and wife had an amazing experience at the majestic resort. We booked the elegance club and it was truly worth for money. The service is very quick, rooms were very nice and clean. Loved all the amenities and fun activities. The whole resort is very clean and beautiful. The staff seems to truly care about your comfort. Our butler Victor Urena specially was amazing. He made sure we have all the comfort and services. He is truly great at what he does. We had a slight issue with the room but as soon as we mentioned it to Victor he made extra effort to get it switched right away. He was very quick with responding to messages, making reservations and providing recommendations. He somehow figured it was our anniversary so he got our room decorated and gave us a beautiful surprise. All in all great place, we had a great time and will surely recommend.

This resort is amazing! Santiago was attentive and a great resource for any questions we had. He helped setup reservations at the multiple restaurants that we were able to go to. He got us reservations at the Japanese restaurant, the French restaurant, and our honeymoon romantic dinner at the Sea and See restaurant. We are ready to come back and hopefully will convince family to join us next time we come to visit.One last thing, the staff here are amazing! They literally treat you like Family. Which helped make our experience that much more incredible.Thank you again!

My husband and I visited the Majestic Elegance resort in Punta Cana the third week of January 2024. The beach was stunning and clean, the pools were beautiful, and the restaurants were excellent. We had exceptional service from our butler Gabriel who provided us with a tour of the resort, made our restaurant reservations, booked us a shuttle to town to do some shopping, and checked in with us daily to answer questions and ensure that we were enjoying our stay. Gabriel was kind and attentive and we couldn’t have asked for better service! The restaurants at the Majestic Elegance were great with something to offer to suit all tastes. We particularly enjoyed the steak house and returned there for a second dinner. The staff at both the Flavours buffet and the See and Sea were wonderful and the food was always fresh and flavourful. The ladies on the crepe and waffle/pancake stations were incredible and went out of there way to provide gluten-free options, which was so greatly appreciated as I know working with gluten-free batter can be a challenge. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to exploring other Majestic resorts in the future.

My husband and I just visited the Majestic Elegance for a five day stretch for a wedding and had a lovely time. We were amazed at how clean the rooms, hotel, and beach/pool areas were in general. There were so many food options at all times of the day as well as easy access to bottles of water. We were really grateful to have Melvin, a butler assigned to us for our stay, who helped us navigate all aspects of the hotel, making dinner reservations, and checking in/out. He was always a text away and gave us a wealth of information for anything we inquired about. Definitely recommend this resort for your stay in Punta Cana!

Stayed at this resort as part of a large group, ~50 people total. Fantastic! Adults only sections were great. Kid friendly areas were just as fun. A lot of folks in our group wished they would have done Elegance Club after getting there. Reserved section of the beach and beach chairs to help in reducing congestion. Swim up bar was a fun area, and all the pools were great. Ocean and beach were nice as well.Victor was fantastic! Because of the room we booked, Victor was there to help with whatever we needed. Reservations for 40 people for Hibachi. Transportation help for golfing. Special treats in the room with balloons and just little extra touches. Fantastic. Victor's help in making it an awesome stay would be enough to bring us back to this resort!

We recently stayed at the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana. Victor was our butler and always had a friendly smile and willing to offer assistance. The hotel room was very nice and clean. The food at the restaurants was good. Check in was a little slow and we weren’t offered any drinks upon arrival. The pools are well kept and the servers at the bars and restaurants were friendly and courteous. The beach had a few weeds but was better than expected. Most of the evening shows were good ( magic show, acrobats and Michael Jackson were the best). We had one bad day with rain but the entertainment staff did well in keeping guests entertained. We also golfed a few times and the course was in decent shape.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful and luxurious Majestic Elegance Punta Cana and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive to my every need.The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with lush tropical gardens, sparkling pools, and breathtaking ocean views. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could possibly need. I loved waking up each morning to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore, and spending my days lounging by the pool or taking long walks along the beach.One of the highlights of my stay was the food - the resort has several on-site restaurants that serve a variety of delicious dishes, from local cuisine to international favorites. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with an extensive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and more.In addition to the gorgeous surroundings and excellent dining options, the resort also offers a range of activities and amenities to keep guests entertained. I took advantage of the spa services and was treated to a relaxing massage and scrub that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.Overall, I cannot recommend Majestic Elegance Punta Cana highly enough. If you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation destination, this is definitely the place to be. This resort was recommended by friends and it was really lovely. Beautiful place, rooms are big and spacious, pools are warm, not crowded. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Our butler, Jorge was awesome!!! Charming, funny, and attentive to our needs. Hooked us up with chocolate bars which are delicious. Loved the coco loco’s and ham sandwiches in the club lounges. Gorgeous beach!!!! White sand and turquoise blue water! Food was good, some restaurants are better than others, highly recommend the French and Italian spots. Room service pizza was better than the Italian one tho! Buffet is decent, lots of variety, loved the fresh fruit and juice. Yum!

Loved the truly all-inclusive experience! We stayed in the adults only section, which provided us with a butler, housekeeper, multiple lounges each equipped with a concierge, beach towels, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, sandwiches, fruit, cakes and coffee, plus our own beach bar and pool with cabanas! The buffet has better food than the individual restaurants. Everything you can imagine eating is available. Nightly shows and daily activities keep things going for all ages. Casino was fun. Room was amazing. Excellent experience.

Had a really enjoyable stay at the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana upon arrival and departure during early August 2023.The vacation package included the Elegance Club Junior Suite Jacuzzi. Based on previous positive reviews I had decided to book and this hotel did not disappoint, I would highly recommend it.Our butler Orlando made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived, and was available at any time for any concern. He advised us on any question we had. It was such a pleasure to have him available to contact. He also went out of his way to provide welcome drinks, book restaurant reservations, setup and decorate the room jacuzzi, he was just fantastic.Also wanted to give a positive shout out to Jenny and Judith at the bar on the beach, they were very attentive to the guests and serving them and were available to talk to regarding any concern.The suite was modern, the service was outstanding, and the food was excellent. Also, the hotel felt very safe, security taken very seriously.

I had a memorable experience at the Majestic Elegance resort. The amenities, the food and the activities at the Hotel were a great value for what I paid. I would definitely go back to this resort in the future. Personally, I am satisfied with the bellman Melvin. He exceeded my customer service expectations during my stay at the hotel. He was one of the first people that I interacted with and immediately provided me all the information that I needed. The restaurant reservations fill up fast so he made sure that I made my reservations right away to manage my time more efficient. He did a great job at turning what could have been an negative experience into an unforgettable one. I initially was frustrated because there was a confusion in the reception with the room that I was assigned and I had to walk a little extra to get to my room but Melvin did good by providing an exceptional customer service experience in handling this situation and also verified that I was satisfied during my stay at the hotel. He was my initial point of contact for anything, but overall I noticed that all the employees look happy and this reflects in the wat guest are treated. This was well worth experience for the value paid in my opinion.

We stayed at the Majestic Elegance for our 2 year anniversary! The experience was EXCELLENT. We have been to other all-inclusive resorts around the world. This place has everything you’re looking for! We stayed in the junior suite and it was great — jacuzzi inside and one on the balcony as well. Plenty of food choices with options available at nearly any hour. Staff was very friendly and service was excellent. The resort was remarkably clean. Our butler was Melvin Rojas, and he was awesome! He helped us book dinner reservations and take care of any arrangements we needed help with. He also surprised us with a fully decorated room to celebrate our anniversary one afternoon. That was very thoughtful. When we come back to the Dominican, this is where we will be staying!

Santos was great. Super hospitable. The resort has be perfect from the food to the beach and everything in between. Customer service has been great and I am happy to say that the water is safe. I will definitely be coming back to this resort. It was great for the kids and they accommodate kids in an awesome way with fun drinks in plastic cups so they feel involved.

We recently stayed at the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana for 9 days! The last time we stayed here was 15 years ago for our honeymoon and it seemed even more amazing this time around! We were there with our two kids and additional family and by the end, no one wanted to leave! We were introduced to our butler, Orlando Nunez, upon arrival and he was amazing! He helped us with anything we needed or had questions about, sent us a list of activities and restaurant hours daily and made our reservations for dinner and spa treatments. So basically, Orlando spoiled us and made us feel so special! We will request to be in his care the next time we visit! The service that was provided everywhere we went was exceptional as well. The employees are ALWAYS smiling, most remember you from previous trips (my father and brother travel here twice a year!). The food in all of the restaurants was delicious, not a single complaint! Our favorite part was that we had a corner (very large), swim up room, with chaise lounges for 3 people plus 4 patio chairs and our own private access to the pool! We brought our own floats and enjoyed lazily floating and sipping on inclusive drinks all day! The kids never once complained that they were bored! Our kids play golf, so some of the family went to Punta Blanca golf course, multiple times! This was truly a dreamy, relaxing vacation which is why the Majestic Elegance gets 5 stars, I’d give it 10 if I could!!!

The hotel is beautiful, you appreciate it more and more as the days go by. Food isn't the best but I'm a tough critic, so I give it an average 7 on 10, sometimes it was a 10, sometimes it was a 5/10. Beach is also very nice, pools and kids splash club was perfect for my kids. Kept them entertained the entire time. Stephanie from the kids club was a great entertainer, so we're her colleagues. They appreciate their job and love what they do. We saw 2 great shows, which were the Michael Jackson and the Circus show which was a 11/10! My main only complaint is the walls are a bit thin and you can hear the TV from the other room, which kept me up at night a few times.

Over all a great experience. The places to eat that require reservations are some of the best we had at an all inclusive resort. . I really liked how majority of the restaurants were in one location. The place is very well kept and there is staff working in the mornings cleaning, repairing and painting to make everything look good. The wait staff asked us multiple times if everything was good and it seemed as if they did really care. Huge thanks to all the staff. I wish I would have known about the pool side rooms. Modesto our butler was great and was sure to find us every day to make sure we were doing good. Luis and Pedro in the hibachi restaurant were great! They help accommodate our large group and kept us laughing. These are just a couple of great people that work here. The resort is great and the staff really make it a great stay. I would revisit this place again!!

Very easily, I had some of the best experiences here. The beaches were great and the pools were fun. Loved how the resort included a swim up bar, unlimited free drinks, free scuba lessons and free kayaking. Entertainment was also fun with the option for foam parties, plaza dances, nightclub activities, and theater shows. Staff and bartenders were also so kind and welcoming all the time!!! My boyfriend and I did the Elegance Club, which offered private pools, a butler, complimentary rum and sparkling wine bottles, and special Bali bed access. (Would do the Elegance Club next time too.) Overall great experience, and would love to go back.

First time in both the Dominican and a Majestic resort. Our stay was excellent. The staff were exceptional, always going the extra mile to make your day that little bit more special. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The food was lovely and we enjoyed having a variety of restaurants to choose from. We also liked the elegance lounge feature, giving you a place to chill, eat and drink. We would highly recommend the elegance club to adults as it offered many benefits such as separate pools, separate beach areas, the list goes on.We would like to especially thank Melvin, our butler, for making our stay extra welcoming and going the extra mile for us. He was always at hand for anything we needed, not to mention him checking up on us daily. His hard work should not go unnoticed and definitely deserves a promotion! We will 100% be back. Been to this resort numerous times and it is always an amazing experience! Ismael at the pool bar has become like family and we look forward to spending time at his bar every time! He is always upbeat and makes the experience a ton of fun! He also has great dance moves!Our butler, Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is amazing! He has become like family and we look forward to seeing him every time we go!The rooms are great, except the air. It was quite humid and hot in the rooms. However, they will be renovating this fall and I am sure next time will be great!I would HIGHLY recommend this resort for anyone that wants to relax, have fun, and enjoy amazing food!

Ismael Castillo had great service at the elegance club pool bar. He always greeted us with a smile and played great music. All week he was extremely friendly and exceptional bartender!Roberto and Marcos from entertainment were excellent and kept us entertained all week!We took sushi making with Santiago who was also amazing and taught us a great skill for home!Very happy with our experience!

Best part of our experience at Majestic Elegance - PC was Ismael Castillo. His service at the pool bar was top notch and we sought out that bar to hang out with him every day. We also had Daniel as our butler and he did a phenomenal job taking care of us. Any issues we had with our room he readily resolved and ensured we had reservations for restaurants, the spa, and golf course. Both of these guys were incredible hosts!

We had a great time there on our honeymoon! Tons of tasty food options and very quick room service. We loved our butler, Osvaldy. He was very kind and attentive. The spa was also wonderful and relaxing. Beach area was a little cramped, and we had issues waiting for help when our room got flooded. Otherwise, everything was great! Would highly recommend this resort to anyone going to the DR!

My husband and I stayed at the Club level at Majestic Elegance. Everything was well coordinated and the grounds were beautiful.Ivette was our server a few times during our stay. She was so helpful and has a bubbly personality.Modesto was our butler. He went out of his way to do research to answer some of our questions. We appreciated his thoughtfulness.In conclusion, we had a great time and would definitely stay at the Majestic again.

We just had an amazing time at the Majestic Elegance. Our butler Orlando Nunez took great care of us. We were here celebrating both our birthdays. He decorated our room with balloons for our birthdays and set up all of our reservations for the entire trip. Shout out to our bartender at the pool Ismael Castillo. What a great time we had! The service was so great and friendly wherever we went.Juan, our butler, was just the best! We didn’t need too much, but he constantly was checking in and making sure there wasn’t anything that came up. He shared with us how it’s a passion to make people feel like family while they are away from home - and that stuck with us.Pedro from the Japanese Steakhouse brought the energy to our dinner! You can never go wrong with a Hibachi grill but this experience was so memorable, we went twice!To the rest of team being so great wherever we went, including the gentleman at the swim up bar that did a hilarious southern American accent that was cracking us up.The steakhouse food was also very good, and the Italian place for breakfast and lunch is a must. I loved the lounges and the variety of different sandwich / salad type options available whenever.It was nice that you had the option of some restaurants that needed reservations, but still a variety of restaurants that you didn’t. We’ve been at other resorts where you have to battle to get your reservations at the restaurants the second you arrive and we hate that. Not at the majestic elegance.To close out with a wonderful conversation with Jennifer from the animation team to send us off.We’ve stayed at a few other resorts before and Majestic elegance was definitely one we would come back to.

The resort was absolutely beautiful, and we had a great time overall! Our mix-up with rooms was a bit disappointing, but apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The resort offered a variety of events throughout the day, such as yoga sessions, night parties, and even a foam party in the pool. However, my only complaint revolves around the food. I found it challenging to enjoy the buffets as the taste didn't quite meet my expectations. Nevertheless, I must commend the breakfast buffet, which was exceptional. The chefs preparing omelets were always pleasant and kind. Additionally, the restaurants on-site were fairly decent, with the Italian restaurant being my favorite! Despite the food issue, I would still wholeheartedly consider coming back again

Five star service! From the time we arrived the service was outstanding and honestly it made the difference for us. Our butler Henry was great. We were given an upgraded room after the first night (unsolicited) and the new room was outstanding and appreciated. We got several drinks at the lobby bar each evening and both bartenders named Manuel were excellent. The food was better than expected. I generally don’t have high hopes at all-inclusive resorts, but we followed a couple tips from other reviewers and were not steered wrong. I got steak three times at the steakhouse, French restaurant and ocean front restaurant and all were good (get the tenderloins). The Japanese restaurant was very good and fun. We had a fun chef and table. The lasagna at the Italian place was excellent. The buildings and rooms are a little dated, but that sort of thing does not bother us at all. We are about the experience and that did not disappoint.

The resort was very nice, not too big so all the amenities are within a short walk.Nice size rooms and great restaurants to choose from. The buffet is also very good.The elegance club area are very private and have premium drinks and snacks all day. Great option to have.Melvin our Butler was amazing. He made our trip from good to great.

The most relaxing week I have ever had. The room was spacious and very comfortable. All the staff were kind, professional and very helpful. Often going above and beyond. The food at the buffets far exceeded our expectations. We also tried the Steakhouse and the Japanese restaurant. Amazing!! Loved the vibe in all the bars. Introduced to so many new co*cktails. Absolutely gorgeous property. Majestic Elegance is our new go to vacation spot. Thank you Majestic for an outstanding vacation!!

The service and food are incredible. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They are very eager to help make our stay so wonderful!! The aerobics instructors CHRISTOPHER , Santos, and Mini Baby helped make it so much fun!! They are an amazing entertainment team!! Robin at the steak house and sea restaurant was the best waiter!! Update-It was an OK resort. We booked our trip for 10 days. Definitely not worth the price they charge. The rooms DEFINITELY need to be updated. I don’t want to take anything from the service that was provided by the ground staff, they were excellent. I gave it a 4 star because of the guest service staff.My das was in a wheelchair and when we first checked in they gave us a room in the second floor for him and told us that they would put him on the first floor in 3 days once some of the rooms were available . That never came. We then went and asked for a room on the first floor and told the evening shift manager that he hasn’t been really enjoying anything and out of the room because of the room location. So we asked if he can place him on the first floor near the pool side, for the 3 of the nights remaining. At first he said $50 per person and then it was $50 per night, and then he said that if he doesn’t charge us the hotel would take it out of his pocket.Guest services called the day before we left and asked us if we needed a concierge. I said yes and we scheduled for someone to come and help at 11:45 am before check out. That never happened.

We really enjoyed this resort! Our butler, Guzman, and attendant Joel Samual and bar tender, Santa, made our experience extra special!! Guzman and Joel took care of everything we needed. We really liked the one point of contact with Guzman. The rooms were large and bed and pillows very comfortable. We had a very nice view of the ocean too. Food overall was good. We had 1 bad experiences with a waitress at the Seafood restaurant but the management team immediately acknowledged that and followed up with written apology and small gift. We also loved how close the beach area was to the pool and bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacationed here with my partner for our anniversary and started off pretty well because we did get upgraded upon arrival. The bartenders were extremely sweet and helpful and make sure to tip your bartenders if you want the top shelf bottles.Our room was on the top floor overall pretty good as we also have an outdoor and indoor jacuzzi. Though my only complain is that key door card would sometimes not work so we would walk back to the main lobby. As well as one night when it rained we did have a leak coming from the outdoor jacuzzi balcony. Overall great room and maid service.As per the food, it did cater to everyone.The buffet for example would have a country cuisine theme everyday. Breakfast was amazing and room service was great. Definitely recommend getting the crepes and ask for fruits in them!!!We did the spa treatment and let me tell you it was a great experience ! You get to try different kinds of saunas and enjoy an amazing pool. A little on the pricey side but their massages were definitely worth the buck !!

The resort was beautiful and the service was great! The room was very nice except for the toilet area. There wasn't much privacy. The shower was awesome and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Some of the food was average at the buffet, but restaurants were very good. The beach was nice and the pool was fabulous! They had entertainment every night which was good. I would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful trip. There were a couple small issues with our room but they didn’t take away from our fun. The bed was so comfortable in the room. The resort is gorgeous and the views of the ocean were so beautiful. We enjoyed many meals at the Sea and see that was oceanfront. Our butler Dario was wonderful. Dario was available whenever we had questions, made sure our room was stocked with drinks we liked all week and was able to juggle dinner and massage reservations for our big group of 41. We had an amazing time and highly recommend.

Great time at Majestic!! Our room was beautiful and spacious- very clean and easy to access all amenities. LOVED the private elegance club pool - we lounged there every day. The beach was gorgeous (no seaweed or rocks when we went). Our butler, Diego was great! He sent us the agenda every morning, helped us check in, and set up the most amazing birthday decorations and jacuzzi for my partners birthday!!! All the staff were fantastic and made our experience even better. It was my second time there and I’ll definitely be back for a third.

Our introduction to the hotel was being what we feel as 'conned' into an upgrade. Emmanuel told us that we could upgrade to a swim-up room and we were excited about this so we did. Unfortunately, we were told to wait in the downstairs lobby for over 5 hours (the room wasn't ready until 4:30 p.m., over an hour and half after checkin). When we got to the room, we had zero view of the pool and had to instead follow a dirt trail through the bushes to the end of the pool where the drains collected debris and suntan oil. It was truly disgusting, not to mention that our room was additionally in direct view of the walkway. To top things off, the room had a major A/C leak that caused huge puddles near the bathroom area causing my wife to almost slip during the middle of the night when she went to the bathroom. No one at the hotel seemed to care about either of these issues. Though they did refund what we paid for the upgrade, we were in a cruddy room far away from our friends that we were traveling with so this was a disappointment.Our butler Gabriel was very attentive, kind and helpful and in general the staff were very nice. We enjoyed Robin and his crew as our waiter on several occasions and the entertainment provided by Santos, the dancers/entertainers and the DJ was great.Unfortunately, food was not very good until dinner time. All of the food had the appearance of being left out far too long to be edible and it was hard to find protein sources. The restaurants for dinner were pretty exceptional for both the experience and cuisine, however.The beach access was incredible and the water was a magnificent shade of royal blue-truly beautiful. Also, the pools were very nice and a pleasant temperature for swimming.

What a fantastic experience! The beach was amazing, always cleaned every day,, the premises were super clean, lots of chairs available and Bali beds. Club Elegance with the swim up is a must.Our Butler, Modesto, was very nice and accommodating; always available for us and made our special requests happen.Food was very tasty, with lots of variety to choose from. A la carte restaurants were also very good.All in all it was a great experience and we will be back next year like so many returning guests.I highly recommend it.
